CANCELLATION POLICY

Our Cancellation Policy determines the cancellation Terms & Conditions for a passenger for their trips to be taken or performed.

  • A booking can be Book for a maximum of 30 days before the trip start date.
  • Booking can be done through our website at www.kannurtaibooking.com or through calling us at +91 954 444 51114
  • To confirm the taxi bookings, an advance amount needs to be paid by the customer before booking. The advance amount is based on the trip estimated cost and will be adjusted against the final amount payable at the end of the trip.
  • A customer can generate an online request without paying advance as well, but the order confirmation will remain subject to Kannurtaxi Booking approving waiving advance payment requirement.
  • For every confirmed booking, a car will be allotted at least 3 hours before the trip (2 hours for outstation One-Way trip).Kannur taxi booking customer will get an email and/or sms or call and confirmation with the car and driver details after the allotment.
  • In case of vehicle accident/break-down Kannur Taxi Booking will provide an alternate vehicle or will refund the advance deposit if booking stands cancelled.Kannur Taxi Booking doesn’t take any guarantees of any kind while you book the cabs, and any material or immaterial loss due to usage of Kannur taxi Booking shall not be subject to any compensation.
  • In case of Customer not reach in time or no intimation about change of time/date of booking, the booking advance amount will be fully forfeited. In case the customer advance is less than Rs 500, Kannur taxi booking reserves the right to ask for more money to cover losses due to no show/cancellations.
  • In case the driver is not reaching for a scheduled departure, Kannur Taxi Booking will provide an immediate replacement with a similar car and in case we can not find a replacement, a full refund of the advance amount will be done.

For booking modifications, following rules will applicable

  • You can modify the start date for a booking without any modification fee (subject to availability of the vehicle) up to 24 hours or more before the original pickup time.All modification requests should be communicated to us via a phone call to +91 95444 51114 or a mail to info@kannurtaxibooking.com and we will revert with reponse through email,SMS or Call.

REFUND POLICY

This policy determines the REFUND Policy with Terms & Conditions for passengers, for their taxi rides to be taken or performed.

  • In case of the ride not being served by the driver, your amount would be Full Refund
  • In case of any failed transaction depending upon the time of disconnect of the payment process, it would be credited through payment gateway, to your payment instrument (Credit card, Debit card, etc.)
  • REFUND of the balance would be done after applicable charges/taxes are being deducted. Please make sure that you get your refund amount calculations accordingly. Will take maximum to 7-10 working days of Refund policy for the same, should not be challenged in any court of law & that depending upon availability we may charge the premium prices, in certain conditions,
  • The refund request will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from Kannur Taxi Booking and it will be credited to beneficiary account as per the bank refund policy

Booking Confirmation

  • The booking status will be informed to you in a maximum of 6 to 12 Businesses Hrs. Our Business hours are Monday to Saturday: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM and the company cannot be held liable due to Non-communication within the stated time.The booking is considered confirmed when an email stating as such is sent to the email address provided to “kannurtaxibooking.com” for communication.The responsibility for the authenticity of the email address and the general availability of the mailbox to receive the stated mail is solely yours.
